// 01 Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and zs888 ("zs888", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the zs888 website located at zs888.vip and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, online slots, color games, and any other gaming or wagering products made available through the platform.

By accessing the zs888 platform, clicking to create an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

zs888 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

// 02 Eligibility Requirements

To register and use the zs888 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. zs888 strictly prohibits access by minors and enforces age verification through its KYC process.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own name and on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and organisations may not register as players.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list, whether maintained by zs888 or by any recognised responsible gaming authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under local law. It is your sole responsibility to understand the laws applicable in your location.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, affiliate, director, or close family member of an employee of zs888 or any of its affiliated companies or gaming providers.

zs888 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified in our request will result in account suspension and, where applicable, forfeiture of funds.

// 03 Account Registration and KYC

Each player may register one account only. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If zs888 identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all such accounts may be closed, all balances and pending withdrawals forfeited, and any bonuses claimed across those accounts cancelled without recourse.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address where applicable. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate at all times.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

zs888 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. The standard KYC documentation required includes:

// 04 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on zs888 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). zs888 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, which are beyond the control of zs888.

Deposits

Deposits may be made via any of the supported payment methods, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmation by the relevant payment provider.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for a player's most recent deposit where technically possible. zs888 targets processing of withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa within 30 minutes for fully verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution. The following conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal will be processed:

• The player's KYC verification must be complete and approved.
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements attached to the account balance must be fulfilled.
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold applicable to the selected payment method.
• There must be no open fraud investigation or pending compliance review on the account.

zs888 reserves the right to request additional verification for large withdrawal amounts at its sole discretion. Withdrawal requests may be reversed to the player's account balance at the player's request prior to processing, subject to the withdrawal not having already been dispatched.

// 05 Bonuses and Promotions

zs888 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific promotion terms published alongside each offer. The following general bonus conditions apply across all zs888 promotions unless the individual promotion terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to players who have a fully registered account in good standing.
• Each player is entitled to claim each offer once only, unless the promotion explicitly states it is a recurring or reload offer.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must be wagered at the stated rollover requirement before they can be transferred to the withdrawable cash balance.
• Bonus wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements. Live casino games, sports betting, and certain other game categories may contribute at a lower rate or not at all — the specific contribution rates are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• zs888 reserves the right to cancel any bonus, void associated winnings, and close an account if there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of promotional terms, or collusion.
• Bonuses have an expiry period, after which uncompleted wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds.

// 06 Sports Betting Rules

zs888 operates a sportsbook covering cricket, football, UFC, kabaddi, and other sports. All bets placed on the zs888 sportsbook are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. zs888 does not guarantee that displayed odds will remain available and reserves the right to suspend markets at any time.
• All bets are final once confirmed. A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled or amended by the player except where a Cash Out option is explicitly available and active for the specific market.
• In the event of a manifest error in odds (for example, an odds price that is clearly incorrect due to a technical fault), zs888 reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous price.
• Match or event cancellations, postponements, or abandonments will be settled according to the applicable sport-specific rules published in the zs888 sportsbook help section.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event and per market. These limits are determined by zs888 and may vary by sport, event, and player account history.
• zs888 reserves the right to limit, restrict, or refuse bets at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

For PSL and other cricket events specifically, settlement of bets relating to the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method, super overs, and shortened matches will follow the rules set out in the sportsbook cricket-specific rules document.

// 07 Casino and Gaming Rules

Access to the zs888 casino — including live tables, slots, color games, Andar Bahar, Teen Patti, and all other casino products — is subject to these Terms and to any additional rules displayed within individual games or game categories.

All casino games offered on zs888 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or use live streams from licensed studio environments. Game outcomes are independently audited for fairness. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available within each game's information panel.

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or game malfunction during a casino session, zs888's decision regarding the settlement of the affected round shall be final. zs888 will not be liable for losses arising from technical failures outside its reasonable control. // 08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the zs888 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during the account lifecycle.
• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different identity details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic means to place bets, access markets, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing discrepancies — commonly referred to as "bonus abuse," "arbitrage exploitation," or "overlay betting" — with the intent to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any activity that compromises the integrity of a sporting event or casino game.
• Using the platform for money laundering, financing of illegal activities, or any other purpose in contravention of applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
• Sharing account credentials, allowing third parties to operate your account, or acting as an agent for third-party players.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing zs888 support staff or other platform users through any communication channel.

// 09 Account Suspension and Closure

zs888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, inability to complete KYC verification, self-exclusion request, or any other reason that zs888 reasonably considers appropriate in the interest of player protection or platform integrity.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting zs888 support. Upon closure, any remaining cash balance (after deduction of any applicable bonuses that have not met wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to the player's verified payment method. Accounts that are closed due to breach of these Terms may not be entitled to withdrawal of any balance.

// 10 Intellectual Property

All content on the zs888 platform — including but not limited to the zs888 brand name, logo, website design, software, text, images, graphics, game interfaces, and all other materials — is the intellectual property of zs888 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the zs888 platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any zs888 content without prior written authorisation from zs888.

// 11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zs888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of gaming opportunity resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or delayed transactions.

zs888's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

zs888 does not warrant that the platform will operate without interruption or error, that defects will be corrected, or that the platform is free from viruses or other harmful components. Use of the platform is at your own risk.

// 12 Privacy and Data Protection

zs888 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the zs888 Privacy Policy.

zs888 may share player data with third-party payment processors, identity verification services, fraud prevention agencies, and regulatory authorities as required to operate the platform, comply with legal obligations, and protect the integrity of the gaming environment. zs888 will not sell player personal data to unrelated third parties for marketing purposes.

// 13 Responsible Gaming

// 15 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
